Does anyone know if the apt-get database is included in Redhat Network? My initial subscription is about to run out and I'd hate to find out I can't apt-get anymore. I couldn't care less if I can't connect to the RHN.

no the apt-get database is entirely separate of the RHN. So you will be able to still apt get :)

Do what I did..."apt-get remove up2date" :D

The apt repository(s) are always more updated and have more full support for things like mp3 and DVDs ;)

Plus you get ride of that big red button...(I keep he applet for the notification area for things like GnomeICU)
