Is there any way to put icons on the desktop for Blackbox?

I have seen numerous screenshots of Blackbox themes which have desktop icons, yet I have not been able to do so.

Use idesk. If you have problems setting it up, search these forums.

Try iDesk (http://idesk.sourceforge.net/). The install is very easy and all the documentation you need is in the site or in the source as well.

Moving to Window/Desktop Managers...
