GUI For Python?

I see there are a lot of GUI tool kits for python, but I'm looking for a GUI for Python. I've been using the command line so far, but I'd rather have something that I can easily edit code and what not.

You're looking for a graphical editor then. Do a search at Freshmeat (www.freshmeat.net) for graphical editors.

The most used are: Kate, Bluefish, NEdit, Gedit and others..

i think i've heard that people use idle. i don't know, though, i've never used it, i've barely done python.
