How oo i post text on top of an html link?

I did a forum search and was unable to find any relavent info related to my question so here goes.

I am running firebird 0.6 as my main web browser. what I would like to find out is how to go about posting text over a URL in my signature eg like how mdwatts has a link in his signature to the precompied NTFS modules for RH. I want to be able to post a description of the link has the title of the link so that when someone clicks it they will be taken to the site the link points to.

When editing your sig, click on the vbcode link to the left of the editing space. It will give you a list of options.
