first off the network card is not going to work. the .g protocol has yet to be supported because of fcc issues with enabling people access to military frequencies.
as far as your sound card, which one do you have?

also, not all software that works in windows will work in linux. It would be eaiser to answer if we knew what software your looking at. And dont forget google is your friend

1.) what kind of sound card is it?
2.) The 802.11G standard has been approved by the FCC
http://www.newswireless.net/articles/020523-legal.html
However I dont think that there are currently drivers in Linux for that that Linksys card, but maybe searching google for the model number and linux you may find something.
EDIT:
as far as "enabling people access to military frequencies. " 802.11g opperates at the same freq that 802.11b does, 2.4 Ghz.
3.) Wine/Winex may be able to run your windows applications, or find software that does the same in Linux as it does Windows.

I'm going to have to lock this thread because it violates our Community Help Posting Guidelines (http://www.justlinux.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=91066).
"I need help bad" does not describe what problem you're having. This wastes peoples time, especially if they're using a 56k modem.
You are welcome to cut+paste your question into a new thread, provided you have a more descriptive thread title.
