You need to give us much more information than that before we can even begin to help. To start with (at the very least): - The distro and version of Linux you use. - A full description of your network environment. - The contents of your smb.conf file. homey 07-12-2003, 12:06 AM Check the file /etc/samba/smb.conf for a line like.... local master = yes There are a bunch of other settings in there that need to be set up properly.
