Problems After Installing RH9

So I just went through installing RH9 and everything seemed to go fine. But now when I try to start it up, I get this error:

(WW)Radeon: No matching device section for instance (BusID PCI:1:2:0:1) f
(EE)Radeon(0): No valid mode found for this DEP/LCD
(EE)Screens found, but none have a usable configuration

Then it says it can't start the X server. I don't understand what the problem is. It detected my vid card and monitor perfectly during the installation. Any input would be appreciated.

Edit: By the way, I have a Radeon 9700 Pro.,

ATI Radeon cards are not known to work well with Linux. Try the "vesa" driver to get your X server running.

It could be the version of X included with Redhat 9 does not include support for the 9700 Pro.

Try the drivers from http://mirror.ati.com/support/driver.html
