I want to get this site out to everybody... PhantomX has got a pretty kick @$$ site up on the net at www.phantomshock.com

He's got forums setup and i'm trying to recruit some people into the site for him so we can have a larger number of people to post messages.

lol. poor oubipaws. no, phantomshock does not have a minimum post count for mod status (yet). The site is still in development, but it is active. We just need people to check it out, give us some feedback, u know, help it get us started. Don't worry, oubipaws won't be leaving u. lol.
