open control center, go to web browsing> cache, and unclick "use cache"

no, I am running apache. I wish to trun off web-cache / cache!



so that people will have the "latest" information.

I have gone line by line in httpd.conf in rh 9.0.

well, if you want no-caching with websites, try putting <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="no-cache"> into your html header
