And you expect us to help you get windows back?!?
J/k
You'll need to wipe your MBR - use the command fdisk /mbr, which should work.
Windows should rewrite the MBR when it installs anyway. If it's XP/2k, just boot from the CD, rather than your harddrive. If it's 9x/ME, just boot from your boot floppy, and then invoke the CD setup program, and it should do it as part of the install.

How come?
An mp3 player? Have you ever tried XMMS? It's awesome or for CLI what about mp3blaster or mpg123.
What hardware do you have that you can't get it working under Linux?

I think he means that he has a hardware MP3 player, as opposed to not being able to play MP3s in Linux.
However - do you have enough space to dual-boot, and then hopefully we can help get your hardware working. Or better still, have a go with Knoppix (which runs from a CD) as that has really good hardware detection, and will help us find out if your hardware will or won't work.

Search the JL forum and www.google.com/linux for 'dualboot windows' and you should find plenty of tutorials/guides to help.
