iptables firewall setup and routing

i am using red hat 7.2 my dns server is running fine, now i want to share the online connection to my clients throught iptables firewall routing...i have configured the iptables too...but the problem is when i run the iptables my network identity, dns server stop functioning...unless and until I stop the iptables daemon no networking starts working!!!...what is wrong i am doing? for your convenience I'm attaching here the iptables configuration file...

Wouldnj't you want ACCEPT on 80 instead of okay?
