Fetchmail

I would like to be able to use fetchmail to go out and get some of my remote pop accounts but I keep getting this error:

$ fetchmail webiam.net

ok to help you out...


did you specify a user name??

use the -u command and put the acutally name
of you email acount.

also, try the --ssl option (maybe they dont require it
so that may not work, but i needed it).

also i have an SMTP server running for
sending and recieving email...not sure if you need one, but do you have one running ? i.e sendmail or postfix
