finding pumpd

Does anyone know where i can find the dhcp client pumpd

i need it for obtaining the ip address and feeding it into a shell script variable for my iptables script

i know how to do it in pumpd (thanks to Linux Firewalls book) but i cant find that program on the inet (cant find an rpm for suse or a download site with the source).

If theres any other way i can do this input would be appreciated

ohh well after some google digging it on the debian site, although i downloaded the source does anyone know if it will be safe to use on a non debian system?
