Installing Slackware

I am installing Slackware for the ? time. I have set the partitions up like this: 1 primary bootable 83. 2 primary swap 82. Then I do a full install. I get to the lilo part, i don't install it. When it is all said and done, i boot up to a curser. That is it. I booted up one time on the first of many installs. Can anyone help me with the install of this OS?

never mind. I just figured it out. I just did an expert install of LILO and went through those steps.

Or you can use the install cd as a boot disk... or loadlin on a floppy, or .... or....

Oh yea, well i got it going now. but now i had to reset the eth0. During setup i set the ip address but it set it as the gateway. weired :( Anyway, now i got my internet going. it is time to set up the website. Thanks for the reply.

ps. now I can't get my webserver going. any suggestions on where to start?
