tell me the way and name of e-mail server ok

I think even for the purpose of e-mail server you need something faster than that, lets say 486/100 or maybe even pentium-100. And also, lots of things depend of how much memory you have on your box. 286 is just way too slow(some people may flame me for this statement :D). , although you may still be able to install basic shell configuration.
