Help with Qt 3.1.2

I've tried installing Qt through both Konstruct and manually and I always hit the same error. I've Screen captured it and below is the aforementioned capture. I dunno how to get more on the screen, if anyone can tell me how to put increase the resolution lemme know.

Note: I've installed Gentoo as my base, Xfree86 and that's *it* I'm trying to install KDE

Do you have the qt and kde use flags in your /etc/make.config file? And are you using "emerge kde"?
