suse8.2 install

I'm getting close with 8.2 install it seen suse dose not recognize my video card it's a on board card the resolution default at 640x800
i don't think that's option when i install it it hang's on analyze your system and stops i try-ed text install and vga=normal nothing
the vga =normal did change the resolution it was 240x400 or something like that any suggestion

What kind of motherboard are you using? That would help out a bit.

it's a stock mob from compaq model 7585

I think this goes beyond my limited knowledge. I have never had any good experiences with Compaqs and have personally avoided them. But I have no idea as to how to fix your particular problem.
