Hi all,
Been looking around loads of websites for an ethernet bb modem that does what it says on the tin, but has a non-windows based setup facility, ideally web based maybe? All the ones I've come across have Windows based setup utilities which is useless for setting it up and managing it via a Linux PC. I'd like a modem that does nothing other than be a modem, no firewall, nat etc as my Linux PC is handling all of that.
Has anyone got any suggestions? I'll be getting some static IP's from my ISP so the modem and the Linux PC will both have static IPs though I believe my static IP for the modem will be 'dynamically' issued though obviously I'll be issued the same IP each time it connects...
Ta for anything you suggest!
